Time to Go!!
I can now focus on the trip. I had a belly dance hafla (performance) tonight. I've been rehearsing like crazy all week, in addition to trying to get ready for this sure to be delightful sojourn, and the stress was starting to get to me. It was all worth it, I had so much fun dancing tonight. I did 2 solos, a dance with my Tuesday night class, and a duet with my dance partner Jamie. Jamie and I closed the show with our duet and it was really really fun. I meant to take pictures, but didn't remember until I was back in regular clothes. If anyone has pictures from the hafla please e-mail them to me!!

Now I must finish packing. It's a challenge to pack for this adventure with only soft sided luggage. Hard luggage cannot be stowed on the boat so I'm only using collapsable duffle bags. My giant rolling bag would be soooo much easier! Big adventures await us . . . .
