Long Day's Journey Into Solomon's Island

Yesterday was wonderful, indeed.  I indulged.  A lot.  My massage was 90 minutes of heaven.  Zachary did accompany me to the grocery store, and although the "organic" grocery store was more like a Piggly Wiggly with a few organic items, everything went smoothly.  We are stocked and ready to go.  Except I cannot find tahini, so I've had to buy hummus.  That's kind of annoying but I'll get over it.  The fact that I pre-stocked the boat with pounds and pounds of garbanzo beans but no tahini annoys me more.  Oh well.

Today will be a 10 - 12 hour journey, depending on wind and currents.  We push in about 30 minutes.  I'm going to do a few sun salutations and a shimmy drill while I still can on dry land.  I have to burn off the mojito I had yesterday, and the delicious food that came with it.  It could be a very long day.
